PLAZO PARA SOLICITAR UNA DEVOLUCIÓN

Tienes un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción de tu pedido para solicitar la devolución. Pasado este periodo, lamentablemente no podremos aceptar solicitudes de devolución.

PROCESO DE SOLICITUD

Para solicitar la devolución, debes contactarnos a través de cualquiera de los siguientes correos:

Por favor, incluye en tu solicitud los siguientes datos:

• Nombre completo.
• Número de pedido.
• Motivo de la devolución.
• Fotografía del producto en caso de que presente daños o defectos.

CONDICIONES DE LA DEVOLUCIÓN

• El producto debe estar en su estado original, sin usar y con todas sus etiquetas y empaques originales.
• No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos personalizados o hechos a medida, salvo que presenten defectos de fabricación.

REEMBOLSOS

Una vez recibida y revisada la devolución, te notificaremos sobre la aprobación o rechazo del reembolso. Si es aprobado, el reembolso se procesará automáticamente a tu método de pago original en un plazo de 7 a 10 días hábiles.

GASTOS DE ENVÍO

Los gastos de envío para la devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente, salvo en casos en los que la devolución se deba a un error por nuestra parte o a un producto defectuoso.
