DEADLINE TO REQUEST A REFUND

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its original tags and packaging.
• Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted unless they have manufacturing defects.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
